المواد المستخدمة في فناجين القهوة البلاستيكية

تشمل المواد الشائعة لأكواب القهوة البلاستيكية البوليسترين (PS)، والبولي بروبيلين (PP)، والبولي إيثيلين (PE). يتمتع البوليسترين (PS) بشفافية عالية (نفاذية الضوء أكبر من أو تساوي 90%)، ولكن مقاومته للحرارة ضعيفة (<60℃) and is brittle. Polypropylene (PP) has high mechanical strength (tensile strength 30-40MPa) and high temperature resistance (120℃), but lower transparency. Polyethylene (PE) is highly corrosion-resistant and inexpensive, but lacks rigidity (flexural modulus approximately 200-300MPa). PP material, because it meets food contact safety standards (FDA certification), is more suitable for holding hot drinks. It is recommended to choose based on the usage scenario: PS is suitable for displaying cold drinks, PP is suitable for taking hot coffee to go, and PE is suitable for low-cost short-term use.
